food given by the University of Florida, has the Certificate of Completion NOAA(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) required by the FDA and USDC HACCP (Training Workshop for Seafood).

There is a risk associated with consuming
Raw oysters & raw clams.
If you have chronic illness of the liver,
stomach or blood or have immune
disorders, you are at a greater risk of serious
illness from raw oysters and should eat oysters
fully cooked.

Children, pregnant woman or seniors are an
increased risk the disease when they eat raw
seafood. Make sure that food is well cooked
